    And will no doubt dodge another bullet.

    About time they had to restart in the lower leagues like the Scottish FA were brave enough to do with Rangers.

    The Scottish FA weren’t brave as they wanted to the keep the Newco in the Premier League. It was the other SPL clubs that voted for them to be demoted. If I recall correctly the fans of the other clubs threatened not to buy season tickets if their clubs voted to keep the Newco in the SPL hence they were demoted to the last tier of the league.

    Looks like Bolton are all set for a takeover. It's disgusting how Ken Anderson was ever allowed to run that club when he's been previously banned as a company director. I suppose it may have helped that he had two mates high up at the EFL. The EFL may as well just do away with the fit and proper persons test when they allow people like him to run a football club...

    The chap who wrote this article about the takeover has been banned from the Macron stadium for a while now for daring to question Ken Anderons's running of Bolton and his previous business ventures.
