    Anyone used this been on hold 3 times for a few minutes then it just hangs up. Was hoping to avoid going up as I'm fairly busy this week but looks like I'll have fit it in.

    Got through after many attempts thanks. As always once I spoke to someone first class service, never had anything less from the box office they really are great. I was just unsure if it was a old number I was calling.

    I called into the box office yesterday in the hope of collecting my ST without having to queue on match day 1. The woedwas they are expecting them early next week. As I will not be in Barnsley before 3rd August, I paid the £4.95 to have it posted out.

    The ladies in the box office over the years have always been friendly, helpful and hardworking. But thats Barnsley folk for you - and after 25 years living in a cliquey little rural village near selby it’s always a pleasure to come home and deal with real people.
