    I bought a Sheff Weds ticket online on 31st July and paid for it to be posted. I haven't got it yet, but a Carlisle ticket that I bought online yesterday arrived today.

    It's no use trying to phone the Box Office - they just don't answer the phone. I have e-mailed them but I am working in Sheffield this week and I can't call in until Saturday morning,..

    I had this problem for Sheff Utd away in 2014 and Derby away in 2018. On both occasions the club sent them on the supporters bus and I had the problem of having to get to the ground early on both occasions I'd paid postage.
