after Korey Smith dispossessed after tippy tapping in midfield. Johnno ho ho, hed same wi Khiller here dint we.
Said on talksport that Bristol haven't had a shot on goal, Brentford had over 20 attempts. Sounds fairly similar to our game on Friday except Brentford are tighter at the back.
He was lucky last week because they were playing us, and we are very generous. Their fans will be on his back again soon, if not already.
Have a look at this. One or two dissenting voices. . . . Again. http://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?/forum/31-football-chat/
Well hes been very lucky hasnt he Fitz, after taking us AND Bristol on those record breaking run of defeats. Wasnt it 8-9 in a row at both clubs ?.
I read their forum after the game last week and a few were saying that considering they were 2nd just before Christmas, it would be unforgivable if they didn't finish in the top 6.
They have good players mate, and no lack of money at their disposal. Lovely ground and decent support. Just a fraud as manager. I find it unbelievable that football people speak so highly of him. A good manager doesn't follow winning runs with winless runs as regularly as he does.
He will still get re-hired again though by some other club pretty soon, it always happens!. However after he gave it the sick bucket stuff about its his dream move, and its his hometown/city club, and it didn't take them long to tempt him when he went down there etc... it will be funny when they give him the big boot.
The natives are getting restless. There can't be many instances where the forum of a club in 7th is as toxic as theirs is. The thing is, the more realistic among them can see that their overall improvement this season compared to last has been good. If they had gone through the season with W2, D1, L1 kind of record, steadily climbing the table to 7th then they would all be happy. But they were tearing the league up before Christmas and have dropped off massively. There can't be many managers who's records swing from one extreme to another like LJs does. Its like when things go wrong he doesn't know how to put them right. One things for sure, signing Kent on loan, with Liverpools requirement to play him most of the time, has properly upset their team dynamic. Awful signing at the wrong time for them it seems. Oh dear oh dear!
Obviously a purely hypothetical situation. But give me a vote and I'd take him back now. So no wind up at all.
