Can you link a samsung phone and an ipad via bluetooth?

    No not unless you jailbreak the ipad

    Apple limit the functionality of bluetooth for some reason so that file transfer is not supported. The hardware is capable just not the software, you need to use either email or dropbox or itunes(if that works on android) or similar especially as WhatsApp no longer works on ipad either!

    I just tend to email stuff to myself if I want to transfer it between devices.

    If you've both got google photo's installed then just share the albums / photos between you.

    The photos are backed up in the cloud. Not need to send them, just share.

    I use google drive to shift stuff about, just easy and it's free for the amount I use it for. Android / Ipad / PC.
