Change shirt from shop?

    My Dad ordered his grand daughter a shirt with her name on the back. Arrived in the post, all is great but too small. I'm guessing they won't refund as her name is on it? I rang shop but no answer... Cheers.

    As it’s personalised they’d only change it if it was wrong or faulty I’d imagine mate
