I thought I'd read last week that the EFL would pay for the cost of player testing in the lead up to resumption and then afterwards until the season is completed? According to this article the EFL are procuring the tests centrally but costs will be met by the clubs themselves?

It also suggests that test results won't be made public, suggesting that they'll just be excluded whilst in isolation. This implies that if a player tests positive he will have to isolate but not the team-mates he's training and playing with?

Yeah it isn't going to happen. I can't see Barnsley forking out £140,000 for testing when they can't recoup the cost in gate receipts. The season will be written off.
