According to someone on Oxford United's Forum. We've made a bid for him. Sent from my WAS-LX1A using Tapatalk
Hes a really good and technical player. Quick, creative, good movement and will grab his share of goals. Everton held him back too long as they hoped he would fill out more as hes a bit light weight but his ability was never in doubt

Couple of appearances under martinez. Like i say his ability was never in question it was just a concern whether he could cope with the physicality of top level football. In the past players breaking through would face old pros in the reserves and learn how to cope with being knocked about but these days its youth football or lower league loans
It would be fair to say, the big rebuild is gathering momentum. Midfield looking quite healthy, defence almost there. Couple of striker options needed, including a physical target man for Bradshaw to play off and we're good to go. Confident of doing better than 'just staying up'.
Reading up on his career history so far, it would seem he has had suffered 2 broken legs which is one of the reasons why he hasn't played as many games as you would expect for his age. 10 goals from 18 appearances at Oxford last season looks like his best run of games (and goals) so far. Sounds like the lad deserves his chance to establish himself in the game, so why not with us?
Definitely yes for me. The hardest recruitment of all will be that of strikers and Conor has proved himself worth the punt, especially as there is no fee, as he is out of contract. Right age. Excellent track record at Oxford last season. Look around and see who else there is within our price bracket and you won't find many. Get him in and at least one more striker as well. The second one could prove tricky and we may have to splash a bit of cash to get someone, unless our new CEO knows some gems on the continent.
