    Rumour on twitter is he has not settled in Birmingham area and wants a move back to Yorkshire and Wednesday are keen to sign him

    Well it is silly season for transfer rumours. He doesn't look unsettled to me and after the response Sammy The Snake got from our fans I don't think Conor would join them to tarnish his legacy with us.

    The account discussing that is purely Wednesday rumours and most of it has little substance. I wouldn't worry.

    Understandable that they would want the other half of the pair, isn't it? One is no good without the other it seems.

    The thing is though, if he really has Premier League ambitions then Wednesday is not the place for him.

    I have heard this so called rumour that he/Connor is unsettled in Brummingham, and this will obviously create rumours about him coming back to Yorkshire with Sheff Wensday or Leeds.
    If our Connor does come back to this area theres only one team hes going to join, and thats the mighty Emley (moor) FC. :D

    We had this last week and it was pointed out this is in the 2+2 = 5 logic. It goes something like this
    Bruce has been told he has to sell players if he wants more in
    Hourihane hasnt started every game so is bound to want to leave and go to a club which is guaranteed promotion next season so must be going to Wednesday who wanted him before

    only one problem I can see with this - its ******
    If he had wanted to go to Wednesday he would have gone in January
    The success of Winnalls move is hardly going to make him itch to go
    He is playing most games and is popular with the Villa fans
    He got into the Ireland team now he plays for Villa
    Villa have as least as good a chance of promotion next season as the Fowls

    I was reliably informed in January that he did want to go to Wednesday, but after the way they handled the Winnall debacle, we categorically refused to do any more business with them.
