    The guy appears to be a class act.

    Aparently the staff at Chelsea have a christmas party every year. And when I say staff, I mean all the people in the box office, club shop, ground staff etc etc.

    What has become tradition is for the 1st team manager to send a video message thanking them for their hard work throughout the year.

    Not Conte, he rocked up to the party, gave the speach in person then stayed for a few hours to enjoy the party with the rest of the staff.
