...and in no way inferior to the league leaders. We passed it around impressively in the first half. Whereas they just lumped it up front. Our finishing was a bit woeful. Woodrow looked classy. McGeehan looked like a footballer. Brown made Cavare look competent. No need to tell Mowatt how shocking his mistake for their goal was. All in all, we played very well first half, and half decent in the second.
Had our finishing been even marginally better than woeful we would have won today. Other than our finishing it was a much improved performance.
