Anybody had/having em.. Do they work..? do they hurt..? surely got to be a bit uncomfortable.. Asking for a friend..
I had eye injections over five years for AMD. First at Calderdale where one in three gave such pain I couldn’t sleep for the first night. I then went to Hallamshire, and had no problems.
My dad has them. Definitely uncomfortable but similar experience to Xerxes - sometimes very little in the way of pain, other times it's lasted for a day or so.
have had em several times …….they don't hurt at the time but my god they are sore after and it feels like someone is blowing sand in your face ..sorry if its not what you want to here
I’ve had them done they don’t hurt as eyes well anaesthetised once that wears off it feels like there’s something in eye. Last time I had them I got a mild infection so I always ask for eye drops after. Barnsley hospital is very good
