Yep, second hardest home game of the season so far. We've lost to sides at Oakwell not as good as Leeds this season.
Of course we can beat them. Just because they mistakenly think they once won the European Cup, and are filling the stand when they have to travel all of 20km, doesn't mean we've owt to fear. Leeds? I've $hit 'um.
Yes, I do. I also remember the same question being asked the day before we played Derby County in our first home league game of the season. Earlier in the week, we'd been knocked out of the League Cup by Northampton Town and lost the opening game of the season at Ipswich Town.
No i don't, many probably won't either but isn't it brilliant when we do win, sticking it to the big boys is one of the many reasons why it's chuffing brilliant being a Barnsley fan
Absolutely I think that we can. I don't know if we will and I'll not be surprised if they turn us over, but we can certainly beat them.
we are capable of doing it.... however we are live on Sky our success rate when on Sky is minimal so I do not see us getting a win.... a draw at best, but I cannot see past a heavy defeat for us. Sorry guys, I really hope I am wrong though.
Re: we are capable of doing it.... however unfortunately I've got to agree...i think this last fortnight as done more damage than we know to... there's things going off behind the scenes that we aren't privy to...only my opinion though....i hope I'm wrong i really do.
Leeds are in fine, fine form, and it will be a tough ask (with or without Conor Hourihane) tomorrow evening. The positives are that they are missing Jansson, and probably Taylor and Cooper. I think there will be goals, but if I was to realistically predict the outcome, based on current form, I'd have to go with Leeds, and probably 2-1/3-2. That being said, it's a derby - the fans will be up for it, Hecky won't have to say a great deal to get the boys fired up, we'll want to write the wrongs of the last time we were on SKY (that debacle against Forest) so a few positives on that front too. In summary, form goes out of the window - it's anyones.
