Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but noticed they have scrubbed the league in the Netherlands. No champions, no relegation.

If Uefa approve the qualifications that they're suggesting for the CL/UC then I reckon we could see a domino effect.

Talked about it a couple of days ago but didn't see about cancelling relegation. Is that correct?? would set the right tone if true. Wasn't the Hague team threatening legal action if relegated. Mixed signs at moment
    Good...Netherlands if correct
Bad...Scotland where Hearts look relegated unless restructured league
Luton sacking Jones as if they will be down next year
UEFA talking about decisions based on sporting merit i.e. points per game

It also looks likely that Belgium will follow.

Hadn’t they already cancelled their season?

Keep saying it. Least worse option is to restructure PL for 1 season with 2 up from Champs and no relegation. No League Cup for PL next year and 4 relegated 20-21. Coventry and Rotherham up to Champs. Clubs in playoff places can only have a whimper of a complaint.
I think however we will be more concerned still about the virus in the wider world, football starting again possibly with empty stadiums and bust clubs.

Main problem with that is that Leeds go up.

We have 287 deaths per million population and they have 250. You've gotta think we aren't far off doing the same thing. Even the most optimistic folks at the EFL must be aware they have no chance.

Don't think they would dare stop them. Too big. Completely different if it was us. That's why still worried that they would be happy to get rid of us at the other end. They still owe us for 1919.

Would think the biggest issue would be somewhere a league next year would be short of two teams for a season, which would more likely be L1/2 who need that revenue from the extra 4 games more than most and potentially in Championship at end of season 5 teams would need to be relegated from Championship.
It’s not unsolvable, but suppose all options are similar.
