Forget the result for a minute. How horrible are early kick offs. Really takes away from the atmosphere.
Tbh I thought the mood among the crowd seemed up for it around kick off , but the early possession and closing down seemed to mute the home fans and the way the players failed to defend the first goal made it even worse. The lack of retention and being unable to pass the ball made it difficult for the crowd to get anything resembling an atmosphere imo
