    100% correct, the guy is slow to react, **** scared of making a tackle and does not jump for aerial challenges. Basically he's got nothing going for him.

    I dont understand how Paul couldn't see the problem down that side though. That goals been coming down that side all the second half with Kents cba attitude and Elder towing to fu.ck.

    Imagine if andy yiadom got injured we would have jones at right back and that clown at left back.... Can't we just send these pointless loanees back tomorrow starting with elder, then Janko who hasn't played scince God knows when.... and so on. I'll drive.

    They both give goals away jones at fault for derby's 2nd elder for qprs elder is a liability. And when they have kent infront of them we are terrible on the left hand side

    And to think we let George Williams go what a ridiculous decision that's turned out to be!!!!!!!!!!! Its clear to see both Elder & Jones are not up to pace for the championship and its showing it must have a huge affect of the other 3 in the back line.

    Wow. Not really giving him much of a chance. Played a handful of games at this level and already he's labelled a "useless Tw@"

    Angus MacDonald had a shakey start, as did Robbo.

    Far be it from me to tell you when you should and shouldn't judge a player, but "useless tw@" and "liability" are strong words I hope you're prepared to eat. Have some people forgotten our entire philosphy of taking players of potential and developing them? This means that they're by no means the finished article when we get them, even the loanees.

    He was a useless **** last night. That's all there is to it. There was little sign of any potential.

    He may well improve and as I said in my match ratings he got an extra two points for stabilising towards the end, interestingly when Kent went off.

    I'd be surprised if we sign him permanently and on last nights showing I'd be disappointed
