He’s a young manager learning the ropes. Just because he was poor with us doesn’t mean he can’t mearn and develop from his mistakes. Not sure there’s anything odd about that.

No, not really odd - I should have said lucky that he didn't lose his job last year. His chairman emulated ours in sticking with him through a bad run and it seems to have paid off. It was nice for him rubbing shoulders with the Peps of this world last night - good exposure for him.
