    He’s a young manager learning the ropes. Just because he was poor with us doesn’t mean he can’t mearn and develop from his mistakes. Not sure there’s anything odd about that.

    I like him as a bloke comes acrosss well. He was young and inexperienced with us he is getting better with experience.

    No, not really odd - I should have said lucky that he didn't lose his job last year. His chairman emulated ours in sticking with him through a bad run and it seems to have paid off. It was nice for him rubbing shoulders with the Peps of this world last night - good exposure for him.
