£6m for a striker that has only had a decent 4 months or so? Can only assume that Bolton threw the figure out there thinking no one would be daft enough to pay it, and along came Colin! It's a positive move for us though. I've seen a fair bit of Bolton this year, and if it wasn't for him they would only have about 6 points in the bag. I may be wrong, but the way they have been playing doesn't fit with how Zack Clough(signed to replace him) likes to play either.
He’s maturing late, and looks a different player this year. Think big target men tend to get better as they get older, learn the role, how to lead the line and use their body to win balls and shield it. Not saying he’s worth £6m. But interesting Bolton sold him for that when that is the much touted figure of what income is lost from a drop to L1 from the championship.
