On the black lad up front who seemed to have gained a march on Pinnock, the challenge was sublime, casually wrapped his leg around the ball and player then passed the ball to a red shirt, this guy absolutely oozes class

He's brilliant Pinnock. He should be able to take the step up with ease if we get promoted. I don't think there's any weakness to his game, apart from maybe his lack of a right foot. But then again he's playing on the right of the two so this is maybe magnified.

I think some top flight clubs may be sniffing round him in the summer. I hope we can keep him if we go up, but it may be difficult.

I would not be suprised to see Pinnock in a lower Premiership side next season,

We've likened him to Rio Ferdinand from the off.

Best tackle I've seen all season

FA will probs see it and ban him for 10 games now

He fully deserves to. I think he could be as good as Stones.

He’s definitely got the attributes for it. He probably won’t want to wait 2 seasons till we are in the prem though. ;)

The lad is clearly championship quality at the very least. We'll do well to keep him in the summer but if we're promoted we must do everything we can to get him on a better contract.

Player of season for me, what a find him and Lindsay must be by far the best center back pairing in the league.
He will need to becareful Tuesday winning the ball straight red.

Sadly I agree. Could see a mid table Premiership side come in for him. With luck they may loan him back to us, if we go up.

He's great with the ball at his feet & he has strength. Only thing he's lacking is a few goals from set pieces.
First time I saw him play (versus Morcambe last year), I could see we had a player there. He just needed to work on his strength & positioning, but for me now he has it all. I hope other managers don't see it & we can keep him a bit. We kept Big Mick for 5 seasons before he left for City, but these are different times sadly.

He's a very good defender and decent with the ball at his feet. Not great. And that's in league one. I really rate him but to suggest he could be as good as john stones is bonkers.

Haha fair play mate. I can see top championship teams/lower premier teams being very interested this summer. Be hard to keep hold of him.
