Usually arrive instantly. Two emails; one confirming the booking, one with your ticket attached.

Works well for me. You don't need to print, I just save to drive on my mobile.

Not in spam. Think a call to the box office is in order tomorrow. Quick to take the money but no ticket. Aaahhhh!

I renewed my season ticket yesterday and had to select resend email from the account history before I got the email confirmation. So that may be worth a go for an e-ticket purchase too

Update. I finally got a confirmation email and ticket. Had to re-send email to myself. Go figure. Thanks for the help. I am coming all the way from Italy for this. Better be worth it.

The ticket says you’re not supposed to, but I know folk who successfully have.

For me, I’d print it off. Too much of a risk for an over-zealous turnstile operative or cracked screen stopping it being scanned.

My printer is a bit knackered & these days who needs to print things anyway? Every gig I go to is on some sort of e-ticket now.
It is probably something that needs bringing up with the club, as surely it saves a lot of time at the box office if people take the e ticket option.
I've done it most of season with no problems (a few I've paid on the gate). Point taken re cracked screen I guess.

The printed page is more ink greedy than it needs to be. There's only a third of it, i.e. the actual ticket part at the top, which is necessary. The rest just gets cut off and binned.

My brother always prints out his e-ticket- a few matches ago, he forgot it - the operator scanned it from the phone

Wish I’d known got my nephew an e ticket and he was surprised we needed to print it rather than just scan it off his phone. Waste of paper and ink. Never print cinema or even plane boarding cards these days so I guess it should work but they use those square things rather than barcodes so I wondered if size was important

    Oh, I agree totally.

But the instructions are, from Ticketmaster and BFC, that they don’t accept mobile phone screen scans.

I know they do in reality, but the website and ticket clearly states they don’t. You’re right - the club need to clarify it.

In regards printing - yes, you only need the barcode bit to gain entry. However I THINK all ground regulations state that if requested you have to show proof of row and seat no etc. to stewards etc.

Just had a fun 2 hours trying to renew my season ticket and buy a new one for my youngest. After trying both mobile browsers on my phone and Firefox on my PC, I downloaded Chrome on my PC and finally found something the site actually works on.

Then after 5 attempts where it's taken longer to process the payment than the 2 minutes the site allows, it finally went through. Only for my bank to veto it due to the multiple attempts ringing alarm bells that it was an attempted fraud! Two half-hour phone calls to Santander later and it looks like I've finally managed to renew.

At least this thread gives me some sense of relief that it's not only me who has a crap experience of the booking site!
