Total waste of time and money spent running it. What is the point in running an exercise to plan for an event likely to happen sometime but with luck not in this government so no spending allowed to fix things that "might" happen in the next 3 or 4 years. Especially when there are higher priorities to waste time and money on like getting Brexit done. That seems to be the way our current Government operates, The USA is just the same. Under Obama they ran a similar exercise and gave the report to Trump - who not only ignored it but dismantled the steps already taken.
