    Man City v Burnley

Phew - what a relief we were knocked out. Wouldn't fancy a pasting like Rotherham got. I remember being at Man City when we got thrashed in the League Cup. Better off out of it!

I went to the 5-0 FA Cup loss when Flicker was manager. Mindst, the disappointment was softened due to pre- match drinks in Bury.

I went to that when Tevez scored a hat trick and took the piss out of his run in with the law by doing a steering wheel goal celebration after being caught driving whilst disqualified.

That's not how causality works, we'd have been no more likely to draw Man City than any other team

Well, if we are going to be pendantic and boring, you are correct.

So you'd sooner be playing Rochdale at home than Man C away (with the club getting loads of money).

    I disagree!

I disagree too. Our fans get a good day out with little expectation. The players get to test themselves in a big match atmosphere. The club get a decent pay day from playing the best team in the country. We would have had another mid week home game to look forward to being arranged like with Burton and with another game in hand it would have put pressure on our promotion rivals that day to make sure they kept ahead of us.

Our players would have loved that tie Liam, thats if we had won the replay like. Lesson to be learnt lad.
