Can you please remind us when we are likely to receive our DVD's? I have forgotten and others may also have.
Dyson came on about this last week I think. Apparently there had been a hitch with production .But they would begin to be produced in the next week or two,
We've not started production yet but aiming to ASAP. We went full steam ahead to get the film ready for Lamproom and DVD next on list. Be as soon as we can but we need to make it right.
Thank you. I had it in addled head that they were due to be despatched once the Lamproom showing had completed. I will eagerly await.
That was always our ambition - I'm very conscious that this wouldn't have happened without the capital up front but it's just been possible unfortunately. Challenge for us now is to make the DVDs as good as possible so people get their money's worth & are happy in the knowledge they helped make it happen.
I pre ordered one straight away knowing I wouldn't be able to make the lamproom. I know you're likely to have a perfectionist view, but personally, as long as the play quality is good, I'm content with that. Would rather a little more goes to charity from your fabulous efforts than a few bells and whistles. Obviously though, I don't speak for everyone.
Of course but I'm also conscious this is history (I know it sounds dramatic...) and we want to do it justice. We won't be spending any extra cash on it though but we want it to be legit!
I've no doubt it will be (young persons vernacular... sheesh!) On a tangent.... fanzine.... film.... what next? Raise funds for and build a new west stand? ;-)
Going to the Lamproom tonight & had preordered the dvd - I’m happy to wait until it’s ready. Thank you for all your efforts, Dyson (et al) - everyone I know who’ve seen it says it’s fabulous! Can’t wait for tonight!
he was asking someone to burn a blue ray for him on facebook the other day - Dyson - this isn't how you are producing them is it?
Are they still available to order? Don't get paid for another few weeks but I'd like to purchase one then...
