    Even if he was privy to that information he couldn't possibly tell you. What if he said yes and the interested party says no publicity and pulls out of a deal.

    Who would Whitey be privy to that information?
    He works for the club... he isn't Patrick's PA.....

    would the owner of the company that you work for tell the "shop-floor" workers if the company is looked at being sold?
    No of course not... they would only tell any employees when/if the deal was complete!

    Even if he was "in the know" he would hardy be spilling the beans on a fans forum either way.

    Besides, the truth doesn't get in the way of a lot of stuff on here, so why change things now?

    I think the question as far as Whitey is concerned might well be whether he has seen well heeled smart suited foreign looking types around the ground.

    However given that he didn't know whether the squad had come out for a lap of honour after the final whistle on Saturday, it may well be that "observation" was not on the c.v as an essential when he landed the job.

    Not posted in a while however as much as I don't like Andy Whites online persona I feel to ask him this sort of question is pretty much out of order and prob will piss him off. Just leave him be to do his job as I very much doubt he will be itk in such instances as this. Also in the summer let him be and let him enjoy it instead of pestering him about incoming targets.
