I've just been through all the fixtures remaining for every team and allocated a "best guess" for each fixture,

Bottom Half of table looks like this

    Pos Team P GD Pts
    13 Norwich 46 -6 60
    14 Nott'm Forest 46 -10 60
    15 Ipswich 46 -3 59
    16 Sheff Wed 46 -9 50
    17 QPR 46 -19 50
    18 Reading 46 -15 46
    19 Hull 46 -10 44
    20 Bolton 46 -30 44
    21 Barnsley 46 -19 43
    22 Burton Albion 46 -41 39
    23 Birmingham 46 -35 38
    24 Sunderland 46 -38 29

    Top half like ths

    Pos Team P GD Pts
    1 Wolverhampton 46 +42 103
    2 Aston Villa 46 +45 99
    3 Fulham 46 +34 91
    4 Cardiff 46 +28 89
    5 Middlesbrough 46 +26 82
    6 Derby 46 +20 75
    7 Preston 46 +12 71
    8 Sheffield Utd 46 +9 70
    9 Bristol City 46 +10 68
    10 Brentford 46 +11 65
    11 Millwall 46 +2 62
    12 Leeds 46 -4 61

So on my predictions the bottom of the league more or less comes out as they currently stand, however I may have been too kind to Reading who have some really tough fixtures virtually every game.

I used the calculator on the independent Grimsby site at https://thefishy.co.uk/calc.php
If you fancy a go on this site please publish your table and I will do my best to come up with a composite table later in the week.

Here's your final league table which has been generated from all the results which you have supplied. Results which you did not supply have been forecast by the calculator based partly upon recent form, although note that there is also a random factor built in to simulate the unpredictable nature of our sport.

Ran though it quickly on my work dinner break so I've not made any changes to the goal difference either.

I feel like I am quite a biased football fan so some of my predictions will be way off. I also tried being quite critical of our results but we still finish 4 points clear.

I tried to be as objective as possible, but had us losing every away game. Still safe, mind.

So far we have us 4, 5, 5, 4 and 4 points clear of relegation. Going to be a breeze, surely?

Not my predictions, but this is the output from not selecting any teams on the site (so all results are generated by their algorithm). In theory, its an unbiased view, supposedly based on form with some random factor added in.

I had two goes and got us surviving both times, although one of them (my pessimistic view had us staying up on GD on 39 points, with the 3 below us on 39, 38 and 38.

I'm on Reading to go down at 10s. Hopefully they're slightly closer :)

I got that as well. With how poor the teams are below them I can’t really see it but it would be a nice little bonus.

Well, last night all three predictions I had for the teams at the bottom came up. Obviously, I had us to draw and Reading & Burton to get beat!

Didn't see Villa losing to QPR though!

If you asked me, I'd have said Birmingham would go down. Possibly been a bit on the negative side when it comes to our results.

Interesting. Since January my feeling has been that it's going to be a case of who's least worst - nobody at the bottom looks capable of putting a run together.

I've run the calculator based on recent results six times, and we've survived every one. Maybe Morais knows exactly what he's doing after all.

Only a bit negative.I think even the most cynical critique would have us down to get more than 2 more points from our last 9 games.
