Actually yes, the non-German speaking ones. Some of them were going ballistic. Stranded with small children in Innsbruck, 1 day before Christmas. There were no Eurowings staff available. The airport staff told them to sort out their own travel arrangements, pay for everything and try claiming it back later. I took some on the bus to Innsbruck train station and sorted tickets for them. Good luck sitting upright for a 12 hour train journey with kids. Scandalous, even though I stand by my original defence of the airport check-in staff who obviously can't be blamed for the fog.

Morning all. Finally arrived after a 26 hour journey, including a restless night in an overnight train compartment with 4 strangers - 3 unshaven sweaty flatulent men and a young girl who must have been close to diving out of the window. I love beds and showers, once again merry Christmas to you all.
