And all football below the national leagues has been cancelled with the season being declared null and void. South Shields have already stated their intent to sue

Bit harsh on the sides that were already mathematically promoted but there genuinely is no easy solution - not so sure that the same will be done for the EFL and National non league

So professional football got cancelled and FA didn't care about lower leagues who were made to keep playing.

Now it's roles reversed as they decide to cancel the season in the lower leagues.

You've got to think we will be next. It should be the same rules for everyone. If they aren't expected to play how can we possibly be? If we end up finishing the season why can't those leagues already cancelled?

pretty sure I read somewhere that they requested it ? Can only imagine what we would feel like if we’d won 27 games on the spin to end up with nowt!
TBH I can’t see any way in hell ( literally) that the season will be completed by any league , we will be lucky to start next season on time.

If the season is void, all the lads that paid for their bookings, sendings off and suspensions should get their money back.

They may as well say the 37th of Smarch at this point, no date they name now has any meaning or effect because no-one knows how this plays out.

I still don’t think we will be starting in August. Surely they just need to pause and say that we will keep under review and announce a resumption date when it’s possible to do so.

I’d say the best plan would be to mothball it and start again at the same point next year but the financial implications would put some clubs under also clubs would lose out of contract players. No easy answer.
