Just for fun, which would you rather see (first time or again) in your lifetime?

I’ve been fortunate to see the first and last options, so the choice was a simple one

England WC for me of those options anyway easily.

If one of the options was Barnsley to win Prem or UCL though I would have picked that. The joy I had celebrating the WC results with mates in the pub was just amazing, I cant imagine how crazy the scenes would be if England actually did win the WC.

I’ve seen Barnsley in the premier league, winning the cup as a one off would be lovely though the European football would be a bit of a waste of time.

I’m not old enough to have seen the World Cup win. I’d love to see that happen again - it would also lift a whole country, rather than one small area of it.

I want the 3rd option most of all, but have already experienced it in my lifetime. I voted for the second option as a result.

Not bothered about England footy really, luckily I 've seen us get to the Premier league so would love us to win the FA cup.

I've selected the FA Cup win, being promoted to the Premier League would be second. There's no way I'd pick another team's success over Barnsley.

I’ve seen a World Cup Win and I’ve seen the Premier League season. But for some bad luck in 2008 I reckon I would have got my hat trick there.

From where I was sat it looked like it had gone in and we all went mental, only to feel like complete plonkers 5 seconds later

So did I. Had we got past Cardiff the trophy would have been ours and Simon Davey would have been in our House of Legends or whatever it is called

I was looking down on it from the side knew he'd missed straight away thinking why didn't he shoot across the keeper?

I'd sooner see Barnsley draw 0-0 in a meaningless end-of-season fixture, than England win every World Cup between now and the death of the universe.

The FA Cup would be amazing - and we nearly fvcking did it.

The World Cup win in 1966 was fantastic. The whole Country seemed to get behind the team
and because the competition was in the UK, it held far more interest for most football fans nationwide.
My cousin and myself managed to get some tickets for Hillsborough which was the base for West Germany.

We saw Argentina register a very comfortable 2-0 win against Switzerland and we also watched the game
when West Germany absolutely thumped the Swiss 5-0. Always remember two members of the Swiss side were
called Furher and Hitler respectively. Watching the Germans that day, I personally didn't think England could
beat them, if they did meet in the final, but thankfully I was proved wrong.

The day our beloved Reds were promoted to the Premiership, is one I will never ever forget. The tension I felt
on the morning of the game was indescribable and the build up, the colour and the events once at Oakwell
will live with me forever. After the final whistle, you could physically sense that what had been achieved was
going to have a lasting effect on the town.

Everybody was smiling and really friendly and during the ensuing season Barnsley was a great place to be on a matchday. Sadly, the feeling was not to last as it seemed that from early doors, the football establishment appeared to conspire against us.

We can however take comfort from the fact that unlike a lot of Clubs, at least we did it and to add to that particular
achievement , we have also been good enough to win the prestigious FA Cup. Try as they might, nobody but nobody can ever expunge those two very memorable moments from the illustrious records of " Battling Barnsley."

I've voted for the FA Cup win, as I've seen us in the PL and I don't give a t*ss about England
