    ... at getting the Brits to listen to and like songs sung in their native tongue.

    Feel free to post your favourite song sung with nothing English coming out of the gob of the singer.

    (Gazza singing "Fog on the Tyne" doesn't qualify).

    There's been one or two Eurovision winners that I could propose amongst others but my own favourite - I doubt anyone remembers it - is Vado Via by Drupi. I love it.

    I think it's because he seems to say "I'm on your side" every now and then, when really I knew he didn't say that, cos it's his language. He's probably saying "I'm shagging your girlfriend".

    Anyone else with a different language song they adore, but have no idea at all what's been sung?

    I do have that on a CD. Bought it because of that "song". I have a native American CD purchased using the same logic.
