I love picking out team and formations as iv done on loads of threads.

I am sure that we do not have the players to play 433 like we did yesterday so Mr Schopp don't because we will struggle, we are not Man City.

We play 343 but the Barnsley way is 352 or 442.This makes us stronger in defence and centre of midfield. My preference is 352 or 532 and we certainly have the players for it, we were so weak yesterday not through quality of players but poor choice of system.

Yesterday should have been with what we had available

    Collins
    Sibbick Helik Halme
    Britain Palmer Gomez Styles Williams
    Freiser Woodrow

Loads of permatations of players could have changed places but using the players in their right positions in this formation would have made us harder to beat and competive and not the opposite which we were.

    Schopps poor choiced
Playing Moon in a defensive 2. Not ready
Playing Sibbick right back. Not a right back
Williams LB in a back 4, not played regular
Britain is a RB or RWB not a midfield 3 player.
Palmer not fit enough for 90 min press.
Front 3 need to press for game if we playing a front 3 and they didn't so don't play with 3 forwards.

Schopps fault yesterday. Bournemouth were too good for us to go there and make so many incorrect decisions and we haven't started a game in that formation once this season so why yesterday.

Didn’t see yesterday’s game, but from what I’ve seen the formation seems to have been wing backs when we don’t have the ball, to a back four when we do. Schopp was complaining after the game about how our transitions weren’t very good. Maybe because they need simplifying from trying to completely change formation within the blink of an eye

And no doubt you have formulated your opinion from watching your team over a long period of time.
Schopps not been here long and needs time to be allowed to make his own mind up after seeing players in the heat of battle so to speak. Who knows , but he may now agree with you.
Personally I don't think Moon performed any worse than Halme would have done had he been on. Circumstances played the biggest part in yesterdays selection
Wasn't the formation that made Collins play bad passes on several occasions it was poor application on his part.
