- Che Adams is better than I thought he was a few years back. - Question of Sport is still brilliant - Coors Light isn't a bad drop - Brando will win the sprint at Donny tomorrow. --- Keep your chins up everyone. We'll get there. How's everyone doing?
Get the dreaded self-isolation app ping tonight. 11 days. To be fair if you're going to have to self isolate the start of a national lockdown in November is the time.
Stahlrost Home Alone Red wine, log fire, nowt on TV, dodgy messages that I'll regret in the morning, BBS the main entertainment source, thanks lads and lasses. As @Fonzie says, "We'll get there". Best wishes everyone.
Living the high life sat watching Amazon prime with a pint of orange cordial waiting for a kilo of home cured bacon to cold smoke in my kettle bbq outside. Had quite a bit of work fortunately this week (Im a supply teacher), which has kept me occupied and sane.
In the kitchen, third bottle on the way down, knocking out our favourite karaoke tunes. Time for the cheeseboard and a nice drop of port. im a wannabe George Spicer
Cuddled up with dog watching the snooker with a very painful knee. Wondering what to do this weekend now I'm not going to be ferrying my son to football
Said goodbye to work colleagues at 5pm. Won't speak to another human being until 9:00 am Monday morning. Trying desperately to get the images of what's been happening to kids and parents during lockdown out of my head, that the press refuse to report.
To be honest it won't make much difference with working from home and lockdown. No one else has to isolate unless I get symptoms. Won't be able to do the school run and will miss getting some fresh air. But it's got me out of the supermarket shopping tomorrow so every cloud
Usual Friday night Gaz Brookfield at 7 Ian Prowse at 8 Both live on their Facebook Pages . Blindingly good tonight
I'll be massively surprised if I get it. I went to the pub on Tuesday so it must be from then. Sat outside in a beer garden socially distanced, and it isn't the people I was with. To be fair to the app though its said loads of times I've been somewhere that someone has tested positive but I haven't been exposed so it doesn't just arbitrarily tell you to isolate
The dog has just shat on the carpet after a monster banger outside. At least it was solid I suppose. I've popped YouTube on to watch some Ashes highlights from the 86/87 tour down under. Beautiful.
In back garden, red wine and blankets, missus has put the chiminea on, two streets away thinks there’s a new Pope.
Just finished a keg of lowenbrau Oktoberfest watching Annie nightingale punk and new wave. Reference ashes my favourite was 2010/11 but it would be as I was lucky enough to be at the Sydney test to see us lift the urn and saw New Year’s Eve at harbour bridge. What an experience. Oh and the beers going down great. Love my perfect draft machine Up the reds.
I've spent my Friday having a bit of a breakdown watching series three of handmaid's tale whilst supping a few Arbor ales from the local off license/bottle shop thingy. Loved the book and think they've done a cracking job with the series. I agree with Fonzie's opinions on Che Adams and strongly disagree with his opinions on Coors light.
