Hit Burnley player in the face.

Needs life ban & Leeds need a serious fine for that.

I used to take a lid in my coat pocket.

Agree about the fan but what can the club do to prevent that?

Was it one where the player celebrates infront of the home support goading them? If so i dont like to see that either

Failure to control your fans. We've been punished for similar random stuff that we couldn't do anything about.

I know that's what they usually call it mate, but it's a nonsense isn't it? I mean, do they have a bloke stood at the side of each of the 30,000 fans?

Not saying it does but happens all over happened at arsenal v man city yesterday, i can remeber both james beattie (sheffield united) and Ricardo fuller (stoke) doing it infront of the ponty and getting pelted with objects mostly coins years back. Players should get cards or fined for doing it.

It's pretty stupid but many scorers seem to do the finger over the mouth gesture. Not seen it, as it isn't a televised game, maybe the player may need some sanction too if it was totally over the top, but it doesn't for one moment justify violence. Memories of Cantona kicking the racist pillock making a nazi salute of things going the other way.

To some extent, but as fans we need to show some responsibility for our actions. I don't disagree that it is impossible to stop some moron. If you organise a march / protest & 10 morons start rioting you will be held responsible for their actions by the coppers. If you run a night club & someone smuggles in drugs in their pants / bra / arse, you are responsible. Are you meant to do a strip search & anal inspection at the door? Club will still lose it's license if it's proved drugs are in the club.

Happened in their last game v brentford. Brentford scored instead of running to there own fans celebrated infront of the home end. Things got thrown at them nothing hit.

I wish we could see a bit of fizz on the pitch at Oakwell.

If it was Coke Lite it would have been less of a problem.
