Full Match Replays?

    I notice there are no full match replays on iFollow. Does this mean the new improved service no longer has these?
    Apologies if this has already been discussed and I missed it

    Go to the matches section of the website.

    Click on results.

    Click on a particular game and the match centre.

    The 'watch now' option appears.

    Took me a while to find it, it was only when I was going to complain after apparently no Bristol or Morecambe games that I stumbled across it. I guess it does make more sense it being there, it's just when you're used to something and unsure where to look that it throws you.

    Sadly my cousin that lives in Oz told me yesterday that for those overseas this option is no longer available. Yes they can watch it live but for him that's 2am on a Sat night.

    He used to watch every game the next day without knowing the score but is now paying over double the old subscription and can't watch the games anymore.

    The feature to watch live abroad is great if you're free at that time every week, but if not, the option to watch the game later has no sadly gone.

    That's not correct all recent matches are available to watch via the app anyway

    Both full match and highlights

    Speaking of away games and replays.... If you know how to get a stream working, tomorrow's game will be shown on Dutch 'Ziggo Sport Voetbal' for some reason.

    Whitey i cant get any videos etc at all . When i sign in says hello plobby (Andy really) like I'm registered but nothing . I asked the mrs to check the bank account and no money is being taken out . I thought it was an ongoing account from last season until cancelled ? Or do i have to re-register ?

    There is an FAQ page on the iFollow section of our website, mate. It should help guide you. There's also a little speech bubble to the bottom right of your screen (when on the site) which when clicked on, takes you to a live chat service with them. They answer pretty quickly and are paid to answer your questions/fix your issues. So don't be shy.

    If you were an annual subscriber you need to re-setup payment I found that on the FAQ section - ,monthly subscribers keep going

    Thanks again whitey - one more question then I will give up for now - the previous version you could listen to any match commentary, particularly useful if for any reason our team was offline but you could get the away one. Is this still possible and if so how?

    No.

    On the previous service you could log into any other clubs and see their videos etc. They've stopped that.
