    Come on taking a centre half off and playing a winger at full back is a bit odd. We have a replacement centre half on the bench so assuming it’s a tactical switch. In fairness we have started better but luton have basically declared and are already celebrating in the bar.

    Most worrying thing from today is Diaby injury. Doesn't seem like Stendel has a lot of faith in Halme.

    That thread answers your question, we predicted it from that starting 11. He should have started with Chaplin and Cavare and stop pissing around with the left back position so much. Oh and Schmidt sat on the bench making daisy chains.

    So in reality he couldn't change much then.
    Apparently Schmidt isn't ready, that's hardly Stendel's fault is it? They should have had a ready made replacement to come in but no, we go for some young Austrian player who my come good in a couple of seasons.

    Last season we had Moore and Woodrow but we were crying out for another striker (luckily we went up). This season, in a much tougher league we have Woodrow, oh but he's injured.

    I’m unsure how we have Cavare and Jordan Williams sat at home, in the ground or wherever they are yet we’ve brought Green on today to play right back and then right wing back.

    Cavare has to come back into the squad for Wigan for me.

    He couldn't change much? Those changes would have been a lot better. Schmidt isn't ready for even 45 mins? Player said he was, what's he doing on the bench then?

    Anyway enjoy thi knee jerk - you've history on here. Let's wait for the new owners with enough money to sustain a decent team to come in..

    We will agree to disagree for now and It's hardly a knee jerk reaction when a number of people have raised concerns about the recruitment and the way we have started this season. Anyway, this team could come good but no one knows how long that will take. Hopefully things will turnaround quickly and performances and results will pick up. We all want a successful team and one that we can be proud of but my fear is we will become a yo yo club between L1 and the championship. Let's see where we're at after 10 games.
