My lad has bought himself a half season ticket and has realised that it's unlikely to be here before the Preston match. Do we think he'll be able to pick something up from the box office / club shop beforehand or do we resort to arguing at the turnstiles with an email for proof? Merry Christmas to all, by the way!

Probably just head to the box office, say you have purchased a half season ticket, prove it with your order number and email and all that, plus your name/address etc
    A) Give you it.
    B) Give you a match ticket for your seat/a free seat

I brought last years season ticket to the Leeds game, got declined at the Turnstile looking like a proper nob, and then went to Ticket Office and they sorted me out with a match ticket for free, as I have purchased a season ticket for this year

As a masochistic I also purchased the half ticket for myself as I love a slow death march, tried phoning the club on Friday to work out what to do on boxing day but the phones were down. Might be a few of us there tomorrow waving emails around!
