I thought he played well on Saturday too. Perhaps he didn't start because he apparently had a "dead leg".
Assume Hecky & him have totally buried the hatchet, since Adam's petulant exit some time back. Adam has struggled a bit this season, but is still a far better player than Kent. Bearing in mind we've lost Connor, we need him for dead ball situations also. I'd like to see Adam back here next year, but that looks unlikely if he's not starting. He may end up going to one of the bigger clubs in L1, or even a promoted team to championship. Can't see too many established championship clubs being interested.
I want to see Adam starting each match, not only for his skill but because of the enthusiasm he shows which would inspire his team mates. The difference he made yesterday in 15 minutes was very noticeable. He was booked yesterday for tracking back, shadowing a player at top speed, showing great commitment. Mind you the booking was completely unjustified as their player fell over, and I don't think Adam even touched him.
I think stats wise hammill has got more assists than kent (not sure about goals) but Kent must have played twice as many minutes than him this season. Same with armstrong... Bradshaw has scored 8 to armstrongs 5 and played alot less minutes than him. These clauses where loan player must staRT so many games are ********
