He is/was part of our rotted system where every Barnsley FC team from 1st team down haven't been good enough. His record last season wasn't good and the game he was in charge of our first team, he didn't do enough in it to see him as a potential head coach instead of Morais. If he's become one of dozens of coaches at Man City good luck to him.
1st team, ladies or different age groups every single level associated with our club struggled last season. Seven figures a year spend on an academy where every team is more used to losing.
Do you know where the ladies team are in their development compared to other teams in their league ? And just ignoring the fact that we pushed up youngsters after Christmas into the U23's which adversely affected results doesn't mean that wasn't the cause. You need to apply some context towards the DEVELOPEMENT of young players rather than win at all costs at a level where results mean very little as long as we see progress.
