Has anyone who has renewed been asked what option they want.

    whether it be flexi ticket, donation or simply waiving the remaining games.

    Going to renew online later and wondering if there is an option to request which we want or if its something that will be asked at a later date. I know a couple of lads who have renewed over the phone and not been asked which option they would like

    Also how does someone who isn't renewing get to decide which option they want

    There’s a separate option on the ticketing website to order a flexi ticket or donate the games to NHS. I believe if you want a refund you have to contact the club, that option doesn’t seem to be available to select online

    Frans is correct. I chose the flexi ticket option before I renewed my season ticket.

    I doubt they would make the option of a refund available online as it would lead to more people taking a refund. Make it a little bit harder and some people just wont bother.
    I was going to leave mine as I was happy enough that I could watch online. Now I'm undecided following the ifollow shambles. I accept this isn't the clubs fault but they are the ones I have paid.
