So what is the relevance then, if not an attempt at a put down of anyone voting brexit. Are we agreeing that it has no relevance then?

Yes, statistics are not facts. And as you base this on merely that the places where people are in your eyes more educated, not whether or not they voted in a certain manner. I would say that your opinions are not facts.

Even stupid people understand this statistic. Shame some of the ‘well educated’, ‘highly paid’ people are still having trouble.

I have no idea about your level of education, but you're really not coming across very well here.

If you do want to expand your knowledge, I would genuinely recommend the statistics courses offered by the Open University. I did my maths degree with them, and the stats modules were really good.

Don't you know "experts" are banned, Michael Gove said so, innit.

I’m educated highly enough thank you. You’re coming off a little worse as your maths degree clearly hasn’t coped well with bias. Maybe go for a higher level next time?

Fine. There's just nothing more sad than people parading their ignorance as a badge of honour.

Regardless of how anybody voted in the referendum, the view of statistics and opinion polls that you've displayed in this thread is wrong. It's not bias, and it's not opinion. You're just wrong. And it would only take a few hours of studying for you to realise that, and perhaps stop making a fool of yourself in public.

So you’re saying all statistics are facts? You’re wrong my friend, and detract from the fact that I initially said that education does not have any bearing on a persons ability to vote remain or exit..

So please don’t call people fools because they don’t agree with you. I’m not ignorant, I am educated. However right at the start I said that this mud slinging serves only one purpose. To ridicule or belittle people with a different opinion. The stats are just that. They infer but do not prove. So are not facts. They are also useless conjecture to create even more division.

The point is you don't seem to understand the significant statistical analysis, opinion polls and even facts that provide overwhelming evidence that the better educated the voter the more likely they were to vote remain. I'm not offering any opinion about why this might be but the strong evidence points to this being the case.
You also don't seem to be able to read someone's reply to you and comprehend it without jumping to another incorrect assumption.

Im guessing though some may accuse me of jumping to incorrect conclusions that that guy didnt have a university degree in anything.

That said Darage and Boris have decent education - doesnt mean they cant be as thick as the guy above when it comes to explaining in detail the plans that will give us befits from brexit

It must be, whoever drew the map seems to have missed out most of the major cities which should have been blue dots.

I’m sorry but there are no facts, which is my point entirely. And no facts to prove anyone’s understanding of the brexit process whether educated or not.

This is simple propaganda perpetuated by the remain campaign to promote the idea that if you vote remain your are thick. GCSE level maths will explain that bias occurs when you use this terminology. Eg a question on a questionnaire that said you are poorly educated if you vote to exit the European Union, do you think we should leave the European Union? This is a typical type of bias.

The fact that someone holds a degree or PhD does not necessarily mean that they have a better opinion of the workings of the European Union, or Britain’s involvement in it.

My point is that this kind of information and poor reporting has no relevance on the vote unless it’s trying to create a bias.

Now are you able to read and comprehend this? I doubt it..,, you’ll just tell me about the “facts” of how in your head there are “facts” that people fully understand and divulged their educational background before voting... but to be honest, it has no bearing upon their ability or understanding so is useless anyway.

The only possible benefit I’ve heard is that it extracts us from an EU that is heading down a path that even most Remain voters wouldn’t want - ever closer union. Even this, the most compelling argument, isn’t particularly robust as the UK has a veto and had already opted out of the Euro and the Schengen zone etc.
