Help !!! Trying to buy 3 tickets for h/town game

I am currently on e-ticket site for 36 tickets for family members, picked out three, two come out with my name on black background and assigned third in my wife's name and member number but in white background. Red rectangular box on bottom of basket page states "there are errors on this page" but does not state what they are, tried to proceed but just brings me back to same page. Any advice please to sort this out.

SORTED!!! well almost-bought 2 tickets in my name, registered the wife and bought the third ticket in her name---and then printer ran out of ink the 'A' level genius in the house had not informed me that ink levels were low again-Pingiscola you know who that is don't you!!!!
