    The Sun is a piece of sh!te, full stop. It has caused huge pain & suffering to people already bereaved.

    How anyone on this board can defend it baffles me.

    The paper & it's owner should be in the dock too.

    First two relate to the civil law. The third would be unlikely to apply to the Sun's part in this unhappy story.

    Just use thee noggin and think about it 96 people lost there life's for no fault of there own and that disgusting newspaper put the blame on the supporters and you keep repeating on about what crime would it be, there's been 96 family's fighting there corner for 28 years now they have justice just be pleased for them and don't buy the f*****g Sun.

    No I don't believe it's a "crime" per se because Criminal libel has been abolished.
    I believe the father of the two girls who died Trevor Hicks was probably alluding to the Sun when he expressed his surprise
    that "others" had not been brought to book. Be interesting to see if the 96 Legal advisors decide to pursue damages
    if they decide there's a case to answer for defaming the victims.

    Think it's today that the decision on whether Murdoch gets to take back Sky is due. Would be scandalous but show the Tories in their true colours if this went through the day after this peddler of hate should have been brought to book, imho.

    Sky news at the moment is balanced and fair, I am sure if poisonous Murdoch gets his way it will go the way of Fox News, shabby and totally biased
