Can’t see the point in sacking him. Lost 10 games by a single goal out of 13 defeats. They’re the best worst team I’ve seen if that makes any sense. Really well organised & drilled just missing a bit of quality & a crowd backing them at home. Outside of Berge who’s injured & Brewster who might be seen as one for the future who can be developed how many of the rest of their side is getting bought by other premier league clubs?
Any other club in all 4 divisions that had only amassed 2 points out of a possible 45 would be looking for a new manager.
Sack him or keep him. Self implode. Wouldn't lose a minutes sleep, we have history with their players and I have history with their fans. Hope they set the record.
I didn't think they will astonishingly. Just heard his post match interview though blaming all the players. So I may be proved wrong.
If said manager had led any of those clubs to two promotions & a top half premier league finish within 4 seasons I’d be surprised if more than a handful would’ve sacked him
Always had them pegged for last place, before the season started They were a form side last year that were found out 2/3 of the way through the season Their core was weak, additions weaker - plus no fans to egg them on - recipe for disaster Thought that the predictions of mid table security from pundits were more emotional, based on like for Wilder, than analytical predictions But will admit that I didn’t expect them to be this far off the pace
