Have we spent this summer?.I know a lot were undisclosed but using the media reports and estimates we could get a pretty near figure.

Five mill tops with wage savings on released players too.

I'd have thought a little more than that, having said that I can't even remember all the signings we've made that many.

We got 2 million rising to 2.5 for lindsay and 3 for pinnock also I don't think we spent the full amount we got for Potts in January so it's all money what we have made.

We also got about £1million combined from Villa after their promotion to the prem for Hourihane and Bree.

Wasn't Wilkes 1.2 million the same figure as Hull City agreed to pay.I thought Sibbick was 300k.
Halme was rated at 1 million according to some press reports.

Diarbys fee isn't mentioned but his market value was 500 euro.

We definitely did not pay that for Thomas.

That figure may be reached with various add on clauses but the initial fee was £700k mate.

Thanks for that was hoping holgate would have moved on this window and we would have got a decent bit from that with the sell on.

I'm hoping we have another holding midfielder & a striker lined up, assuming we keep Moore. I hope Dougall is fit, but he seems injury prone anyway, Cam is a better attacking midfielder & could be badly exposed at this level as a holding player. A holding midfielder with some experience at a higher level could cost some money in fee / wages. Chaplin may be the extra striker if we keep Moore, if not we need someone to replace him too & that could be pricey. A few unanswered questions as yet. We seem to have more pace & power out wide. Central defence we seem to have more options, but no definite CB partnership as yet, it may be where a good experienced loanee would come in till we got that area up to speed. Fulham at home & Wednesday away will be big tests & not times to be blooding too many rookies.

Potts money from January, Lindsay, Pinnock and possibly five different promotion clauses in ex players contracts, I doubt we've spent anywhere near as much as we have made some far.

I'd like to see the bulk of incoming fees spent on the squad but let's not forget that the aim of the club is to be self sufficient so there are things like the academy, ground maintenance, fan zones etc etc to be paid for.
