    When I was refereeing around the 70's, there was:-

    No red/yellow cards.
    No fourth official.
    No indication of time to be added on.
    No goalline technology.
    No spray to indicate where an offence took place.
    No VAR.
    No female officials.
    No contact technology between the ref and his linemen.
    Only one sub allowed.

    Can't think of anymore!!
