...although, Brad Collins has had the benefit of our shored up defence, he has been assured both in shot stopping and commanding his area. As I said the 3 consecutive clean sheets are not entirely down to him but I think he has now done enough to claim the number one GK spot. His distribution has also been better than Sami, and the play out from the back has been varied with some long kicks but whether or not that is down to a tactical change I am not sure.
No.1 GK for me. What do we think? .

Definitely the shirt is his. The whole back line is finally performing & he deserves credit for that alongside Sollbauer.

What I was impressed with yesterday was his commanding of the area. At one point in the game he come out further than the penalty spot to collect a ball pumped into the box, also the one he collected in injury time felt like it was as important as a goal at the time. Commanding the area is the best attribute in a keeper imho and Collins did that superbly last night and over the course of these 3 games, although, I’ve criticised him in the past for it, maybe it’s a part of his game he’s been working on.

Great again, but I’m sticking to my guns, it’s no coincidence we’ve looked defensively solid since Anderson has been removed from the side.

Radlinger was only here for the season anyway so it's the right way round that Collins is coming out as the better keeper. From what I can gather the keepers work together closely so hopefully he's been picking up tips from Radlinger too.

I think his time-wasting needs stamping out. If opposition keepers did what he did, we'd be going nuts

Same, didn't have loads to do but the times he came and caught crosses really took a lot of pressure off the defence. He looked like a proper Championship keeper for the full 90 minutes.

It really does my head in, whether it’s our keeper or not, I can’t stand it

Opposition keepers do exactly that. I think that’s the point.

But what would we gain by being the only side not to time waste ?

    Part of the game unfortunately

It's taken too long to put the best players in the best positions. That's what happens when you have three managers during a season and ***** recruitment.

Collins is the one with the shirt, Radlinger will probs be off at the end of season so it meks sense for Collins to keep it to the end of the season unless he starts feckin up big time.

Think he will turn out to be a cracking piece of recruitment for the club. Still so young, now starting to get to his best and think he cost us nothing in summer.

And Halme, Sollbauer looked below average next to Andersen but now looks quality next to Halme.
Halmes like the forgotten man it seems after these last three clean sheets rather than one of the main reasons.

I think the whole team deserve credit TBH. Mowatt has been immense in the holding role & the wide men in the diamond (who have changed game to game) have covered the full backs well. I think Thomas in particular did great getting stuck in the other night. We'll certainly be stuck if Halme gets suspended, as we have little suitable cover, I'm hoping we don't have to put Andersen back in, if we can help it.
