I wonder if we'd appoint a Head Coach or a Manager?

    Since Hecky was a coach and only became head coach then really there's nobody in that "lesser" role at the club who you could say would replace him.
    Possibly it's time for a manager now, someone (supposedly) with full control over team affairs etc.
