completely agree about owning a small business, some should try it before spouting off about what people should earn and be paid.I own a small business(shop) and neither me or our lass earn nmw,its just the fact that we do a lot of hours that gives us a half decent income.Whereas my staff get nmw for just turning up and going home with any real worries about the place.Working for yourself is not all its cracked up to be,13 years ago I had a bad motorbike accident,in a wheelchair for 6 month and on crutches for 12 months, and during this 18 month period I had cancer,,the business still had to be run,by me,because we cant afford to pay anyone else to do it for us,even paying extra wages while I was in hospital practically crippled the business.
paying 'living' wages is all well and good if a business can sustain it,small retail businesses cant, and like I say we only get near the figure because of the amount of hours we do,not by what we earn per hour.....A local labour mp once basically told it was a bit of hard lines that I don't earn the equivalent of nmw and that he hoped we survive.
the profits of the business and what the owners earn (especially small retail business) should be looked at before it is assumed we can pay nmw or even a 'living' wage.
I was earning far more money 20 years ago at the pit than I earn now,for doing less hours, and getting paid holidays and a pension.

And that is because you're a brainless moron.

It's ok tyrone we've all worked out that you are craving sympathy 'i've got no friends, I don't do anything, I have no enjoyment, I want to kill myself'. Well **** off and see a doctor or trained professional because trying for the sympathy vote whilst being arrogant and condescending towards overs will get you nowhere.

Now onto your completely stupid points. I will accept that you CAN live day to day for less than £53 a week if you only look at the amount of money you physically get out of your wallet and hand over to someone stood at a till. If you actually have an ounce of intelligence and look at the amount of money going out of your bank account, not just out of your left trouser pocket you'll know its much more than that. The intelligent people amongst us will also realise that even if your house is paid off at the moment over the course of your life you have still had to pay for it and therefore it has cost you some of your £53 a week on average.

I've just done a quick bit of calculating (I know I'm sad)

Low rate mortgage spread over a LONG time on a really low value house (much lower than any rent):
    £5.20
    Home insurance:
    £0.27
    Council Tax
    £1.61
    Gas/Electricity:
    £1.86
    Water:
    £0.50
Cost of having a home to live in:
    £9.44

Car purchase (£500 car over 3 years when it will likely need replacing):
    £0.46
Car tax (using £130 a year as I don't believe you'll find many in the lower bracket on such an old low value car):
    £0.36
    Low car insurance:
    £0.55
    MOT:
    £0.10
    Fuel:
    £2.00
    Cost of having a car:
    £3.47

    Food: (one meal a day)
    £3.00
    Clothing (£100 a year):
    £0.27
    TV Licence:
    £0.40
Basic living costs with no luxuries:
    £3.67

    Daily living costs:
    £16.58

    Weekly:
    £116.04

And that is without having any furniture in your home, without ever having to repair your old rustbucket of a car, without ever having to decorate your home, without ever having to buy things such as soap or toothpaste, and without having a phone line, internet access, no computer and never leaving your house except to go to work and back.

Nobody is bullying you at all. You have posted on here more than once that you wish to kill yourself, you are now posting to tell us that you do nothing at all for enjoyment, that you do not do anything other than eat one meal a day (not healthy) and drive your car to work and back. Go and see a doctor and tell him how you feel and how you're living. Your posts on here lately have clearly been a cry for help so go get the fecking help that you clearly want/need.

If you think that's bullying then that's up to you.

ps, the threats don't bother me one bit tyrone, it's not the first time you've made them

Apart from post on here you must do something surely?? You must listen to music or read a book or magazine, watch the telly, or have a cup of tea and a biscuit?? If you do literally nothing but stare at the wall then SuperTyke is right - you should seek professional help. That's not a dig - it's not a healthy way to live and that's not an opinion - it's an obvious fact.
