RE: You're all over the place Must have been something cps don't get involved for nothing. As for the abuse if someone abuses me they get it back I know i'm a star my Dad always called me his little star
Yes Every investigation by the police is on the guilty. There has never been a case in the history mankind when the police have investigated an innocent man. That's the argument you're giving and surely even you can see how ridiculous it is. As for the abuse, you've been told umpteen times what that was but you just refuse to understand.
RE: Yes Re. the abuse understand won't accept. When a case goes to court the cps have accepted it on merit because they think there is a case to answer
So in your world You wouldn't bother with courts and trials and juries and judges or any nonsense like that? If the police think there's a case to answer then they're guilty, right?
RE: So in your world whatever you want. won't bother reply because you'll only tell me what i should be thinking
If a young boy falsely accused you of showing him a porn magazine and the police investigated the case then would that mean that for the rest of your life you would accept, and think it only right, that people should call you a kiddy fiddler? If you couldn't honestly remember where you were at 10:55am on that Sunday morning back in March and you tell the police that, then they find a CCTV tape of you in that newsagents that the child claimed you came out of then the police have built up a bit of circumstancial (sp) evidence against you. The shopkeeper says 'oh yeah, i remember her. she came in and bought an adult magazine'. second bit of circumstancial evidence. The police now know you had that magazine in your hand outside the shop where the child claims you showed it him. The case goes to court based on the circumstancial evidence but is thrown out because whilst the can prove you was there and you had the magazine, they cant prove you showed it him (course they cant because you didnt). But the case went to court, you are guilty in my eyes. Am I right to call you a kiddy fiddler for life now? Basically, if you was ever charged with something that you didn't do would you think I was in the right to treat you as if you were convicted for the rest of your life? That's a serious question by the way.
