I paid for an annual pass. Just tried to login like I did on Saturday. It comes up with purchase a matchday pass £6. Since I paid for a season why are they trying to charge me for individual matches. Anyone else having this problem?
On instant chat and they tell me my pass expired today. I paid for a season and I expect a season even if it was delayed.there is supposed to be a redeem coder that the club should send me but the box is blank so I cant login. Don't know if it the club is at fault or iFollow. Either way I can't watch the match I have paid to watch
It must be really frustrating to no longer be able to easily do something that you've previously taken for granted. (Sorry @Tekkytyke, couldn't resist)
Club sent vouchers to season ticket holders - I didnt think they were supposed to send extensions to all iFollow annual pass holders - I didnt get one for my audio subscription - but fortunately I have the video via my ST If they are not going to extend you should ask for a refund for the service they didnt provide
I guess my dad has the same problem as an audio subscriber then. I’m annoyed too, I bought him the subscription for his birthday so he could listen for the season, it should still work, the season hasn’t ended! He’s working tonight so won’t know yet. Edit: I’ve just realised that he can’t even watch them back now it’s well crap, he’s been living alone since March 20th as Mam is shielding and football was at least something to do. I know that’s not iFollow’s fault but I’m ****** off and will definitely be complaining!
iFollow help 'chat' finally sorted it. There was some confusion at the club regarding redeem vouchers for season tickets vs iFollow annual passes . Beth, in fairness, emailed me straight back which was much quicker than the iFollow support. Missed almost entire 1st haf but got on just in time to see Mowatt shoot at the Goalkeeper and the ref blow for half time. Did I miss much?? To confirm, the annual pass IS extended to the end of the season matches. Any problems are technical not contractual.
