I like Warne a lot. He always comes across as level-headed and doesn't seem to get too over-excited, win or lose. I recall that he didn't really want the job when Kenny Jackett left, and would have been happy to remain on the coaching staff. Yet he is closing in on five years in charge at the New York Stadium. Come to think of it, he must be pretty high up the Championship/League One managers' longevity table. I hope he gets the Millers to safety but it looks a big ask.
